and past employers to gather required informationMaintain accurate records of customer interactionsTrack cases, ensure timely follow-ups, and prevent delaysIdentify discrepancies and resolve or escalate issues proactivelyEnsure strict adherence to company policies, data security, and compliance standardsAnalyze customer feedback and suggest actionable improvement .What we're looking for:6 months - 2 years of experience in Customer Support / Outbound process / Voice Process.Robust experience in handling customers through calls.High attention to detail and ability to manage process-driven workStrong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skillsExperience in high-volume or process-driven environments
