About the RoleThis is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary hybrid technical and creative role combining full-stack MERN development, website maintenance, AI-assisted workflows, social media management, video editing, graphic design, content strategy, basic SEO, and lead monitoring. You will take ownership of our digital ecosystem, building polished web experiences, producing engaging media, and driving digital growth and customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities1. Website Development & MaintenanceWebsite Development Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive, mobile-friendly web interfaces using React.js and the MERN stack. Build backend services, RESTful APIs, and database schemas using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. Create reusable frontend components, landing pages, and campaign-specific experiences with clean, scalable code. Integrate third-party APIs, CRM/marketing platforms, automation tools, authentication, and lead capture systems. Optimize websites for speed, SEO, responsiveness, and basic security; manage deployments on modern hosting platforms. Website Maintenance Regularly update content, service pages, product catalogs, project showcases, testimonials, and promotional offers. Upload media assets (photos, videos), format blogs, and publish project case studies. Test and monitor lead forms, CTAs, buttons, and user journeys to ensure zero broken functionality. Proactively identify and resolve bugs, cross-device responsiveness issues, and performance bottlenecks. 2. AI-Assisted Development & Workflow AutomationResponsibilities Use AI coding assistants for rapid prototyping, development, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and testing. Build efficient workflows combining traditional programming with AI tools to automate repetitive tasks. Explore AI APIs/integrations to create smart website features and enhanced customer experiences. Review, validate, and test AI-generated code to meet performance, security, and maintainability standards. Stay current with emerging AI developer tools and automation trends. Preferred AI Development Tools Experience with platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, GitHub Copilot, and other AI coding assistants. 3. Social Media ManagementResponsibilities Manage Laminance’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels. Maintain a consistent content schedule, publishing Reels, posts, carousels, Stories,



and long-form videos. Write compelling hooks, captions, headlines, and CTAs while maintaining a cohesive brand voice. Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions, responding to basic customer inquiries. Research trends in kitchen design, cabinetry, renovation, interior styling, and real estate to create high-performing content. Track social analytics to identify top-performing content formats and topics. 4. Content StrategyResponsibilities Develop weekly and monthly content calendars tailored to homeowners and renovation enthusiasts. Research competitor content and trending home improvement topics. Transform completed projects into multi-format assets (case studies, before-and-after transformations, educational posts). Create educational content around kitchen design, cabinet materials, storage solutions, and renovation tips. Continuously refine hooks and storytelling formats based on engagement and conversion performance. 4. Digital GrowthResponsibilities Expand organic social reach, community engagement, and website referral traffic. Drive the digital funnel: Content → Reach → Engagement → Website Traffic → Inquiry → Lead → Conversion. Experiment with new content formats, digital growth strategies, and WhatsApp Business outreach. Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns and assist with creative assets for paid advertising. Identify high-converting content paths to maximize qualified homeowner inquiries. 5. SEO & Website GrowthResponsibilities Implement on-page SEO: optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and image alt text. Publish and optimize SEO-friendly blog posts, service pages, and project case studies targeting local search intent. Monitor organic visibility and performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics. Coordinate with developers on technical SEO improvements and site indexing. 6. Digital Analytics & ReportingResponsibilities Monitor social insights (Meta Business Suite), website traffic, and user behavior analytics. Track video retention, engagement rates, follower growth, and inbound inquiry volume. Identify high-performing vs. underperforming content and campaigns. Prepare weekly and monthly digital performance reports with data-driven recommendations. Important metrics may include: Reach, Impressions, Engagement, Followers, Video views & Watch time, Website traffic, Leads, Inquiries, and Conversions. Required SkillsTechnical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB (MERN Stack); REST APIs; Git/GitHub; responsive UI design; performance optimization; troubleshooting and debugging. AI Development Skills: Practical experience using AI coding assistants for development, debugging, and rapid prototyping; ability to evaluate and test AI-generated code. Creative Skills: Robust short-form video editing and graphic design abilities; solid grasp of typography, layout,
