The Old Age Home In-Charge will be responsible for the overall management, care, safety, and well-being of the elderly residents, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the home.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the old age home.
- Ensure the care, safety, hygiene, and well-being of all residents.
- Coordinate food, housekeeping, medical care, and other resident requirements.
- Maintain resident records, attendance, medical records, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, caretakers, and other support staff.
- Monitor staff duties, attendance, and performance.
- Handle residents' concerns and ensure their needs are addressed promptly.
- Coordinate emergency medical support whenever required.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and a safe environment within the home.
- Coordinate with management regarding requirements, maintenance,



and operational matters.
- Support visitors, donors, and officials visiting the old age home.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

- Any degree / relevant qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in old age home, residential care, hostel, hospital, or similar operations.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, responsible, and approachable.
- Ability to manage staff and handle day-to-day operational issues.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Willingness to stay at the centre

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
