Role Purpose

Maintaining Optimal Stock Levels, Minimizing Inventory Costs, Ensuring Inventory Accuracy, Improving Order Fulfillment and Efficiency, Streamlining Procurement and Supplier Management, Boosting Employee Productivity

Key Responsibilities

ü Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular counts (cycle counts), and ensuring data accuracy.

ü Ordering & Receiving: Processing purchase orders, verifying deliveries, and managing incoming/outgoing shipments.

ü Stock Management: Organizing storage, managing stock rotation (FIFO), replenishing stock, and ensuring product availability. Maintain adequate storage for warehouse and on-site inventory

ü Data & Reporting: Using inventory software to track/MS Excel, analyze usage, set reorder points, and report on inventory status. Maintain and evaluate inventory records on a quarterly basis. Check bulk orders for accuracy and quality prior to shipment

ü Process Improvement: Developing and implementing better procedures for efficiency, safety,



and loss prevention and Train store staff. Create an effective space utilization plan. Instruct store staff on proper procedures for locating and utilizing product inventory

ü Support: Assisting other departments, resolving issues with vendors, and training staff on proper procedures

Essential Skills

· Strong computer skills, in Microsoft Excel. Organizational skills & attention to detail.

· Analytical & problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency with inventory management software.

· Good communication in Tamil, Hindi & English

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Excellent math and accounting skills

· Ability to tolerate short periods of exposure to freezer temperatures

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
