Job Overview

ISIEINDIA Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Solar PV Technician & Trainer who can handle both technical field responsibilities and student training. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Solar PV installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting, along with good practical training and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Solar PV installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct field visits for solar installations, inspections, maintenance, and technical assignments.
- Work on Rooftop, On-grid, Off-grid, and Hybrid Solar Systems.
- Deliver PPT-based classroom and practical hands-on training to students.
- Train students on solar installation, wiring, testing, safety, and maintenance.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and evaluate trainee performance.
- Maintain solar labs, tools, equipment, and training kits.
- Support workshops, certification programs, and other technical training activities.
- Ensure proper safety practices during solar installation and practical training.

Travel Requirement





- Field visits are mandatory for this role.
- Pan-India travel may be required for field visits, installations, training programs, workshops, and other official assignments.
- Travel expenses/allowances for official work will be provided as per company policy.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Solar PV installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical training.
- Solar PV Installation certification is preferred.
- Good communication and practical training skills.
- Marathi language proficiency is required.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Solar PV systems.
- Comfortable with field work and Pan-India travel.
