- Job Title: Plumber

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, multi-experienced Plumber with an ITI qualification and at least 8 years of hands-on experience in commercial or hospitality environments. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting all plumbing infrastructure, kitchen water lines, drainage networks, borewell pipelines, and water automation systems to ensure uninterrupted restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Commercial Kitchen Plumbing: Install, maintenance, and repair commercial kitchen water supply lines, dishwashing units, ice makers, sinks, and food prep water connections.
- Drainage & Grease Trap Management: Maintain and clear kitchen drainage systems, waste pipes, and grease traps regularly to prevent severe blockages and comply with health regulations.
- Borewell & Pipeline Works: Handle borewell pipeline laying, connection of submersible pump delivery lines, pressure testing, and valve replacements (gate valves, non-return valves, and air release valves).
- Water Automation Systems: Maintain and troubleshoot water automation panels, float switches, automated level controllers, and water transfer systems between ground sumps and overhead tanks.
- RO Plant & Utility Support:



Assist in maintaining water supply lines and pre-filtration plumbing connected to the restaurant's RO (Reverse Osmosis) water plant.
- Emergency Repairs: Quickly diagnose and resolve urgent plumbing leaks, pipe bursts, or drainage backups during operational hours.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in Plumbing, Fitter, or a related trade.
- Experience: Minimum 8 Years of proven experience handling plumbing, pipeline, and utility works in restaurants, hotels, or commercial facilities.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in pipe materials (UPVC, CPVC, GI, HDPE).
- Strong knowledge of drainage, sewage lines, and commercial grease traps.
- Familiarity with borewell pipeline systems and water automation controls.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, capability to work independently under pressure, and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Salary: based on experience
