We are looking for an experienced and responsible Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate with employees, and ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.

The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills, strong communication, and the ability to handle day-to-day responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate daily office/work operations
- Supervise employees and allocate work effectively
- Monitor employee performance and work progress
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and provide solutions
- Maintain discipline and ensure work is completed on schedule
- Communicate with management regarding daily activities and progress
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
- Support the team in achieving company goals




- Maintain a professional and positive working environment

Requirements

- Minimum 1* years of experience* in a Manager or similar supervisory role
- Good leadership and team-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take responsibility and make decisions
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage employees effectively
- Candidates who can work independently and take ownership of responsibilities are preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
