WE ARE HIRING – SITE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor for our Real Estate Project.

Location: Harjitsons Real Estate, Jalandhar
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Type: Full time

Requirements

- Experience in residential/commercial construction
- Good knowledge of civil construction work
- Ability to supervise labour and contractors
- Knowledge of construction materials and site work
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Responsible and punctual
- Experience in real estate projects preferred

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the site
- Manage labour, contractors and vendors




- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications
- Monitor quality of construction work
- Check materials and their usage
- Maintain daily site progress reports
- Coordinate with Architect, Engineers and Project Manager
- Ensure safety and proper discipline at the site
- Report daily progress and site issues to management
