Role Overview

The Funding Manager will be responsible for developing and managing funding opportunities for the organisation by building strong relationships with CSR partners, foundations, institutional donors, philanthropic organisations, and other funding agencies.

The role will involve identifying current funding opportunities, developing high-quality proposals and budgets, managing donor relationships, ensuring timely grant submissions and reports, and supporting the organisation in achieving its annual fundraising targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong fundraising and proposal-writing skills, an understanding of the NGO/CSR ecosystem, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to independently manage the complete funding lifecycle.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹83,534.30 per month

- Have you independently developed and submitted funding proposals/concept notes to CSR companies, foundations, or institutional donors?
- Do you have experience working with healthcare, public health, education, disability, or other social-sector NGOs?
- Have you managed the complete grant lifecycle from prospect identification to proposal, reporting and renewal?
