Job Title: Project Manager – School & Colleges

Reports To: Director / Principal

Job Summary

The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and successful completion of Admissions / and Products engineering and infrastructure projects across the school network. This role manages new campus constructions, major renovations, and structural expansions, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with educational building codes.

Core Responsibilities

- Sales Calls & CRM – Handle incoming/outgoing calls professionally and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Admissions & Administration – Manage admission enquiries, documentation, registration, and related administrative activities.
- Lead Follow-up – Manage assigned leads and follow up consistently until conversion or closure.
- Lead Sources – Handle leads from online campaigns, partner referrals, and field sales teams.
- Sales Process – Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, counselling, demonstrations, proposals, follow-ups, and closure.
- Lead Management – Maintain updated lead status, follow-up schedules, and conversion records.
- Team Coordination – Coordinate with marketing, sales,



academic, and administration teams for smooth lead conversion.
- Customer Support – Provide post-admission/customer support and maintain robust relationships, including Hindi-speaking customers.
- Events & Promotions – Participate in exhibitions, institutional workshops, seminars, shows, and promotional events.
- Business Growth – Support organizational sales targets, admissions, customer acquisition, and overall business growth.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor construction expenditures against allocated funds, verify bills, approve reports, and minimize cost quotations.
- Statutory Compliance: Coordinate with local authorities to secure necessary building permits, and environmental clearances.

Key Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.Tech) or Any Degree
- Experience: 5+ years of site execution and management experience, with a proven track record in building relationship in institutional sectors.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
