Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager / Senior Accounts Professional to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, payroll-related payments, and banking activities.

The ideal candidate should have robust practical knowledge of TDS, GST, PF, ESI, tax audits, individual tax filing, and online banking transactions. Additional knowledge of administration, property documentation, local procedures, and basic legal matters will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage online banking transactions, including bulk payments and statutory payments.
- Handle TDS calculation, monthly remittance, and compliance.
- Manage PF and ESI calculations, payments, and related compliance.
- Prepare required documents and schedules for tax audits.
- Handle GST calculations, monthly return filing, and related compliance.
- Calculate and file individual income tax returns.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.




- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities as required.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory payments and filings.
- Support general administration and financial documentation.
- Handle property documentation, local processes, and basic legal documentation when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial and statutory matters.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of TDS and monthly TDS remittance.
- Good understanding of GST and GST return filing.
- Hands-on experience with PF and ESI calculations and payments.
- Experience in tax audit preparation.
- Knowledge of individual income tax calculation and filing.
- Experience with online banking and bulk payment processes.
- Good accounting and financial documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
