Job Summary

Kargeen Restaurant is looking for a Data Entry Operator to support our office and restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain and organize records efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Enter and update data accurately in computer systems and spreadsheets.
- Maintain daily records related to sales, purchases, inventory, staff, and other restaurant operations.
- Prepare and update Excel sheets and reports.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Assist the accounts, purchase, HR, and management teams with data-related tasks.
- Enter invoices, purchase details, stock information, and other documents into the system.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
- Retrieve and provide data or reports when required.




- Perform general administrative and office support duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Previous experience in data entry or office administration is preferred.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Freshers with good computer and Excel skills may also apply.
