We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining the company's research services, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.

* Generate leads through telecalling and follow-up activities.

* Explain the company's research services clearly and professionally.

* Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information.

* Follow up regularly with interested and potential clients.

* Convert qualified leads into clients and contribute to revenue growth.

* Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

* Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Handle client queries and communicate professionally.

* Coordinate with the Team Leader/Business Development Manager regarding leads and conversions.

* Prepare and submit daily sales and call activity reports.

* Follow company policies, sales processes, and applicable SEBI Research Analyst communication guidelines.

Required Qualifications





* Graduate in any discipline preferred.

* *Freshers to 3+ years of experience* in Tele Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Financial Services, Stock Market, Broking, or related sectors.

* Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident and persuasive communication ability.

* Basic understanding of the stock market or financial services will be an advantage.

* Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.

* Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain sales records.
