Responsible for developing control flow and data flow for projects/products.
Designing electrical wiring diagrams and control panel layouts.
Prepare operation and maintenance manuals, HMI guides, and troubleshooting manuals. Select VFD, PLC, HMI, Servo systems, and switchgears.
Generating BOM, project datasheets for actuators and sensors, and I/O lists.
Skill:
Lead Design Projects: Lead the design and development of electrical systems and components, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Develop control flow and data flow for projects/products
Create network architecture for automation systems
Select VFD, PLC, HMI, Servo systems, and switchgears
Design electrical wiring diagrams, control panel layouts, and field architectures
Prepare operation and maintenance manuals, HMI guides, and troubleshooting manuals
Mentor Junior Engineers: Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
Design and Development: Design and develop electrical systems, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
Component Selection: Select and specify electrical components, such as motors, drives, and control systems.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineers.
Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
Standards and Compliance: Ensure designs meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with store & purchase team , utilize existing stock .

can minimize the inventory
