Mother teacher for Nursery to UKG acts as the primary caregiver and educator, guiding young children through their crucial transition from home to formal schooling with a nurturing, motherly approach.

Core Responsibilities

- Nurturing and Care: Provide a safe, warm, and secure environment where children feel comfortable, comforted, and emotionally supported.
- Early Childhood Teaching: Teach basic foundational concepts, including numbers, alphabets, phonics, colors, and shapes using interactive and play-way methods.
- Activity-Based Learning: Plan and execute creative lessons involving storytelling, music, art, craft, and indoor/outdoor play to develop motor skills.
- Personal Care and Hygiene: Monitor children's basic personal needs, including toilet training, washing hands,



eating snacks properly, and maintaining classroom cleanliness.
- Social and Emotional Development: Help children learn sharing, empathy, valuable manners, and basic conflict resolution while boosting their confidence.
- Parent Communication: Regularly update parents about their child's daily progress, behavioral changes, and developmental milestones through meetings and notes
