Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
- Promote and sell products/services as per customer requirements.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.




- Consistently work towards improving sales performance and conversion rates.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- International BPO / US Sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in a fixed night shift.
- Comfortable with permanent work from office in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
- Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated to earn performance-based incentives.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
