"House Of Biryan" is a fast-growing food brand passionate about delivering authentic biryani experiences to customers. We are looking for a dynamic Area Head who will play a key role in optimizing our operations while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the performance of multiple stores.

* Drive sales growth and profitability across the assigned region.

* Ensure 100% compliance with operational SOPs and food safety standards.

* Conduct regular store audits and implement corrective actions.

* Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers and their teams.

* Monitor inventory, food cost, wastage, and operational KPIs.

* Ensure manpower planning, recruitment, and retention.

* Review daily business performance and take corrective actions.

* Coordinate with support functions (HR, SCM, Maintenance, Finance, etc.).

* Lead current store openings and operational improvement initiatives.

* Resolve escalated operational and customer issues.

* Submit weekly/monthly performance reports and action plans to management

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
