Event Coordinator

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Event Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating event activities, communicating with clients and team members, and ensuring smooth execution of events from preparation to completion.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, workers, and internal team members
- Plan and coordinate event requirements and arrangements
- Coordinate event setup, decoration, and production requirements
- Communicate finalized event details with the production and godown team
- Visit event venues and monitor setup and execution
- Ensure materials, equipment, and other requirements are ready on time
- Coordinate workers and vendors during event setup
- Handle on-site event operations and resolve issues when required
- Maintain proper communication and follow-up with clients
- Manage multiple events and coordinate tasks according to schedules
- Ensure events are executed smoothly and on time





Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in event management or event coordination
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Good client-handling and team-management skills
- Willingness to travel to different event venues
- Malayalam communication required; English is an advantage
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days

- Good knowledge of event setup and production
- Ability to work effectively with different teams
- Qualified attitude and good interpersonal skills
