JOB DESCRIPTION

As an International Chat Support Executive, you will:

✅ Handle international telecom customers through chat
✅ Understand and resolve customer service-related concerns
✅ Provide accurate and professional written responses
✅ Maintain response-time and quality standards
✅ Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions
✅ Maintain high CSAT and customer satisfaction levels
✅ Follow process guidelines and deliver excellent customer service

CANDIDATE PROFILE

✔ Graduate candidates
✔ Minimum 1 year of International Chat Support experience
✔ Strong written English communication skil

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
