Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and issuing offers.
- Onboarding: Guide current hires through joining formalities, orientation, and paperwork.
- Employee Relations: Address staff questions, resolve workplace conflicts, and manage grievances.
- Operations & Payroll: Track attendance, coordinate payroll inputs, and administer employee benefits.
- Compliance: Ensure company operations follow local labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Records: Maintain accurate personal files and update the internal HR database. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Pay: ₹11,017.64 - ₹15,109.81 per month
