Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Support in the creation of job descriptions and posting on job boards
4. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications

Manage candidate communication and provide updates throughout the recruitment process
6. Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs
7. Help with various administrative tasks related to talent acquisition initiatives
