Job Overview

IPCS Global is looking for a motivated Admission Counsellor to join our team in Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, handling enquiries, following up with leads, and supporting the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students.
- Update lead and student details in the CRM.
- Support seminars, workshops, and other marketing activities.
- Prepare regular follow-up and admission reports.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry is mandatory.
- Experience in admission counselling or student counselling is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
