Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Retail Pharmacy Head to manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy outlet, lead the pharmacy team, maintain stock and inventory, achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall day-to-day operations of the retail pharmacy.

- Supervise, guide and motivate pharmacy staff and support employees.

- Monitor daily sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Maintain proper inventory, stock levels and medicine availability.

- Monitor expiry dates, damaged stock and stock movement.

- Coordinate with suppliers and purchase teams for timely stock replenishment.

- Ensure proper billing, cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.

- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

- Ensure medicines are stored and handled according to required standards.

- Maintain daily,



weekly and monthly sales/stock reports.

- Ensure compliance with pharmacy rules, company SOPs and applicable regulations.

- Coordinate with management regarding store performance and operational issues.

- Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer service.

Requirements

- D.Pharm / B.Pharm preferred for pharmacist-in-charge responsibilities.

- Previous experience in retail pharmacy/store operations preferred.

- Good knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory and billing.

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

- Leadership and team-management skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office / pharmacy ERP or billing software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
