- Administration & Operations: Handle room allotments, manage daily attendance (morning and night), and maintain visitor/leave logs.
- Discipline & Safety: Enforce hostel rules, monitor curfews, secure entry/exit points, and ensure a safe, supportive setting.
- Student Welfare: Act as a local guardian or mentor, listen to student concerns, and provide initial support during health or personal issues.
- Facility Oversight: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding cleanliness, water, electricity, and mess/food quality.
- Emergency Response: Handle medical or security emergencies promptly and coordinate with management or parents when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Graduate
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience in hostel administration, or student management.
- Communication: Good interpersonal skills and proficiency in languages English, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam.
- Traits: Mature approach, high emotional intelligence, and physical fitness to handle rotational or 24/7 shifts.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
