Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee and support project activities from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients, engineers, and on-site teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit project sites and take accurate measurements.
- Verify site measurements and ensure they are accurate and complete.
- Convert site measurements into production requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate manufacturing as per site requirements.
- Coordinate with site, production, procurement, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Follow up on production, material requirements,



and installation schedules.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to manage project schedules and ensure deliverables meet required standards.
- Plan daily work activities and track project milestones.
- Maintain and update project documentation, progress reports, and records.
- Support material procurement, logistics, and resource management.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
- Assist in resolving project-related challenges and maintaining smooth workflow.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or construction-related roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with construction practices, site management, and project workflows.
- Proficient in MS Office and capable of handling project documentation.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Compensation & Schedule

- Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
