About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and motivated Sales & Development professional who can contribute to both client acquisition and technical development. The role involves communicating with potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting our services, and also supporting the development and delivery of technology solutions.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills along with a basic to strong understanding of web development, software development, or related technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Client Handling

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.

- Understand client requirements and business needs.

- Explain and pitch relevant technology and digital solutions.

- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain client relationships.

- Prepare quotations and proposals based on client requirements.

- Coordinate with clients throughout the project discussion and development process. Development

- Develop, modify, test, and maintain websites and software solutions based on project requirements.

- Work on frontend and/or backend development depending on the project. - Understand technical requirements and convert them into functional solutions. - Troubleshoot bugs and resolve technical issues.

- Work with the team to implement new features and improvements.

- Test websites and applications before delivery.





- Assist in maintaining and improving existing projects. Coordination - Act as a bridge between clients and the development team.

- Understand both the business and technical aspects of a project.

- Communicate project requirements clearly to the development team.

- Ensure client requirements are properly understood and implemented. Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Interest in both sales/client interaction and technology/development.

- Knowledge of web development or software development.

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other programming technologies is an advantage.

- Ability to understand client requirements and technical requirements. - Problem-solving and analytical skills. - Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and technical team members. - Previous experience in sales, development, or a combination of both is an advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
