Experience: 3–7 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day machine shop operations.
- Handle machine shop activities, manpower, production, and workflow.
- Monitor machining processes to ensure quality and productivity.
- Plan machine loading, production schedules, and job priorities.
- Ensure machines, tools, and equipment are properly maintained.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
- Maintain production records and monitor daily output.

Required Skills:

- 3–7 years of experience in Machine Shop / MC In-charge role.
- Experience in foundry or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of machining processes, machines, and tools.
- Valuable manpower handling and shop-floor coordination skills.
