Production Supervisor – Electrical Panels

Role: Production Supervisor – Electrical Panels
Experience: 3–7 years in Electrical Panel / Switchgear Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day production activities for electrical panels and switchgear products.
- Allocate manpower and monitor work as per production schedules.
- Ensure panels are manufactured as per drawings, BOM, and specifications.
- Monitor assembly, wiring, busbar fitting, testing, and finishing activities.
- Check production quality and coordinate with the Quality team for inspections.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with Stores for production requirements.
- Identify production issues and support troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, machines, and materials.
- Maintain production records, daily reports, and shift-wise output details.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Stores,



Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure workplace safety, 5S, housekeeping, and SOP compliance.
- Train and guide production operators to improve productivity and quality.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of electrical panel and switchgear manufacturing.
- Understanding of electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOM.
- Knowledge of panel assembly, wiring, busbar work, and testing.
- Good manpower and team-handling skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/ERP and production reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
