We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 2–4 years of experience, preferably from the freight forwarding, shipping, logistics industry.

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, customer invoicing, vendor bills, payment follow-ups, bank reconciliation, GST/TDS-related work, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role will involve close coordination with the Operations, Documentation, Customer Service, Pricing, and Management teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment-wise accounting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting, AP & AR, and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare customer invoices and verify vendor bills.
- Manage shipment-wise/job-wise costing and accounting.
- Bank, customer, and vendor reconciliation.
- Handle GST, TDS, and related accounting activities.




- Follow up on customer outstanding payments.
- Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.
- Coordinate with Operations, Documentation, Pricing, and Management teams.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of accounting experience.
- Freight Forwarding / Logistics accounting experience preferred.
- Experience with Fresa or other Freight Forwarding ERP/software is preferred.
- Knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
- B.Com / M.Com preferred.

Candidates with experience in Fresa, Logi-Sys, CargoWise, or other freight forwarding software will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
