Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Mechanical Engineers with hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machine assembly, post/frame assembly, manufacturing, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle VMC/CNC machine post and frame assembly, alignment, and installation.
- Perform mechanical assembly and troubleshooting of CNC/VMC machines.
- Robust understanding of VMC and CNC turning machine manufacturing processes.
- Plan and execute assembly activities to achieve quality and delivery targets.
- Lead and coordinate technicians and junior team members.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Quality, and Electrical teams.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, QMS, KPI,



and continuous improvement practices.
- Ensure quality, productivity, safety, and on-time delivery.
- Resolve technical issues through root-cause analysis and effective problem-solving.
