Job Summary:
Kalyanam Karoti is seeking an experienced Prosthetist & Orthotist (BPO) to manage prosthetic and orthotic services along with disability rehabilitation camps, community outreach, beneficiary mobilization, marketing activities, documentation, and office coordination. The candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, field experience, and the ability to independently plan and execute rehabilitation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prosthetics & Orthotics Services

- Conduct assessment and evaluation of persons do it some concise responsibility.
- Plan, prescribe, fabricate, fit, and modify prosthetic and orthotic devices.
- Provide appropriate patient counselling, training, and follow-up services.
- Ensure quality, safety, comfort, and functionality of assistive devices.
- Maintain complete patient records and treatment documentation.

2. Camp Planning & Management

- Independently plan and coordinate disability rehabilitation and assistive-device camps.
- Conduct beneficiary identification, registration, assessment, measurement, fitting, and distribution activities.
- Coordinate with hospitals, NGOs, schools, government departments, Panchayats, and community organizations.
- Manage camp teams, volunteers, logistics, equipment, materials, and beneficiary flow.




- Prepare camp schedules, beneficiary lists, photographs, reports, and outcome statements.
- Monitor post-camp follow-up and device-related complaints.

3. Outreach & Marketing

- Develop and implement community outreach programmes for persons with disabilities.
- Identify new areas and potential beneficiaries for rehabilitation services.
- Establish skilled relationships with NGOs, hospitals, schools, CSR organizations, and community leaders.
- Promote Kalyanam Karoti's disability rehabilitation services and programmes.
- Support awareness campaigns and disability-related community programmes.
- Assist in developing outreach proposals and programme presentations.

4. Office & Administrative Responsibilities

- Maintain beneficiary databases, MIS, camp records, stock records, and service reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual activity reports.
- Maintain documentation related to prosthetic and orthotic devices.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, programme reports, and other official documents.
- Coordinate with the administration, finance, HR, and other departments.
- Monitor inventory of materials, components, tools, and assistive devices.

5. Team Cordination





- Guide team members in clinical procedures and beneficiary handling.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary rehabilitation services with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, special educators, audiologists, doctors, and social workers.
- Ensure timely completion of departmental targets and programmes.

Required Skills

- Strong practical experience in Prosthetics & Orthotics.
- Excellent knowledge of disability rehabilitation.
- 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in organizing and managing large-scale rehabilitation camps.
- Strong community outreach and beneficiary mobilization skills.
- Good communication, counselling, and presentation skills.
- Marketing and institutional networking experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
- Strong administrative and documentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for camps and outreach programmes.
- Fluency in Hindi and English preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be an experienced BPO professional with 5–10 years of experience, capable of independently handling clinical Prosthetics & Orthotics services, disability camps, field outreach, beneficiary mobilization, marketing/networking, team management, and office documentation.
