Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end human resource operations, employee relations, payroll, statutory compliance, recruitment, and HR administration. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and statutory compliance, preferably within the construction, infrastructure, or real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and administration for office and project sites.
- Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
- Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, leave, salary inputs, deductions, and final settlements.
- Ensure timely compliance with EPFO, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, BOCW, CLRA, ISMW, and other applicable labour regulations.
- Coordinate with project/site HR teams for employee and labour-related matters.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, HR MIS, and statutory registers.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, counselling, and employee relations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, labour agencies, and government authorities on HR and compliance matters.
- Monitor contractor compliance relating to wages, PF, ESIC, attendance, labour documentation, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and review HR policies, SOPs, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, notices, and other HR documents.




- Conduct periodic HR audits and compliance reviews at project sites.
- Support manpower planning and workforce budgeting.
- Manage employee engagement, welfare activities, training, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Prepare and present HR MIS and management reports.
- Ensure implementation of company HR policies and procedures across all locations.
- Handle labour-law notices, inspections, and coordination with relevant authorities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, real estate, or project-based organizations.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Valuable knowledge of EPFO, ESIC, PT, LWF, BOCW, CLRA and ISMW compliance.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, HRMS/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR operations across multiple project sites.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in construction/infrastructure project HR, contractor labour management, statutory compliance, and site HR operations will be preferred.

Salary

₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability.
