Position : Engineer - Fabrication
Experience : 2–6 Years
Qualification : Diploma / B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Production
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise fabrication activities as per engineering drawings and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality and PPC teams for smooth project execution.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, GA drawings and welding symbols.
- Monitor cutting, bending, welding, fit-up and assembly activities.
- Ensure fabrication work meets quality, dimensional and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain fabrication-related documents, checklists and reports.
- Monitor material usage, manpower and production schedules to control project costs.
- Identify and resolve fabrication-related technical and quality issues.
- Coordinate with Quality team for inspection and corrective actions.
- Support installation, commissioning and customer/site requirements when required.
