Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to supervise and coordinate all plumbing works at our real estate construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper execution of plumbing installations as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day plumbing activities at the construction site.
- Execute and monitor plumbing works as per approved MEP/plumbing drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, HVAC, and other site teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution.
- Supervise installation of water supply, drainage, sanitary, rainwater, and other plumbing systems.
- Ensure proper installation of CPVC, UPVC, PPR, HDPE, GI and other plumbing pipelines as applicable.
- Check pipe alignment, levels, slopes, pressure testing, jointing, and leakage testing.
- Coordinate with plumbers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors and allocate daily work.
- Monitor manpower productivity and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Inspect completed work and ensure compliance with required quality and safety standards.
- Identify site issues, coordinate for corrective actions, and report progress to the senior engineer/MEP manager.




- Check material requirements and coordinate with the store/procurement team for timely availability.
- Maintain daily work progress reports, material consumption records, and manpower details.
- Ensure proper coordination of plumbing sleeves, shafts, ducts, and concealed piping with the civil team.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of plumbing systems before handover.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the site.
- Assist in snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of building plumbing and sanitary systems.
- Ability to read and understand MEP/plumbing drawings.
- Knowledge of pipe installation, testing, pressure testing, drainage systems, and sanitary fittings.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of construction safety and quality practices.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site documentation will be an advantage.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Plumbing, Mechanical, Civil, or a related technical field preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Candidates with experience in Real Estate / Residential High-Rise Construction Projects will be preferred.
- Experience in handling plumbing contractors and site manpower is desirable.
- Candidates with experience in residential towers, apartments, basements, and common-area plumbing works will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
