Gupta Nursing Home is looking for a dedicated and compassionate GNM Nurse to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients and assisting doctors in day-to-day clinical activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition.
- Administer medicines and injections as prescribed by the doctor.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures and treatments.
- Perform routine nursing procedures, including dressing, IV/IM injections and patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes and other documentation.
- Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their condition.
- Assist with patient admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
- Follow infection-control, hygiene and patient-safety protocols.
- Handle basic emergency situations and assist doctors when required.
- Maintain proper handling and cleanliness of medical equipment.
- Communicate politely and professionally with patients and attendants.
- Follow nursing protocols and instructions from senior medical staff.
Eligibility
- GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration as applicable.
- 0–3 years of experience; freshers may also apply.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Responsible, punctual and compassionate.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required.
