The UKG Pro WFM Full Stack Engineer is responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to understand workforce management requirements and architect scalable, efficient, and compliant solutions within the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) platform. This role serves as translating functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and delivering end-to-end configuration and implementation of UKG Pro WFM solutions.

The engineer will partner requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing support, and deployment activities while ensuring solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practices. The role requires expertise across UKG Pro WFM modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and Integrations is desirable.

- Translate business requirements and functional specifications into technical designs, process flows, configuration documents, and implementation plans.
- Architect end-to-end UKG Pro WFM solutions that align with business objectives, workforce policies, compliance requirements, and technical standards.
- Design, configure, implement, and maintain UKG Pro WFM modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and related workforce management components.
- Analyze complex workforce management scenarios and recommend scalable, efficient, and sustainable solution designs.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical specifications, configuration workbooks, data mappings, integration designs, and deployment documentation.
- Configure pay rules, work rules, accrual policies, pay codes, employee profiles, Hyperfinds, and data access profiles within UKG Pro WFM.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between UKG Pro WFM and payroll, reporting, and third-party systems.
- Ensure all configurations adhere to approved business requirements, solution design standards, governance processes, and compliance regulations.
- Support data migration, system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives within the UKG Pro WFM environment.
- Develop test strategies, test scenarios, and validation plans to ensure solution quality and business readiness.
- Provide guidance and support during System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and production deployment activities.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration, integration, and application issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with business users to validate implemented solutions and ensure requirements are fully met prior to production deployment.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and solution designs effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate solution walkthroughs, design reviews, status updates, and stakeholder presentations.
- Provide post-implementation support, knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness guidance.
- Stay current with UKG Pro WFM product capabilities, industry best practices, workforce management trends, and emerging technologies.
