We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team in Mansarovar, Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a professional and positive approach while interacting with customers.
Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of their issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.
Achieve assigned performance and customer service targets.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused and professional attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates should be comfortable working from the Mansarovar, Jaipur location.
Pay: ₹10,553.06 - ₹29,782.68 per month
