Field Manager
Responsible for finding, onboarding, and managing Delivery Partners across assigned areas.
- Identify and approach potential Delivery Partners.
- Complete onboarding and documentation.
- Explain the delivery process, earning structure, and working guidelines.
- Maintain regular communication with Delivery Partners.
- Build strong Delivery Partner availability in assigned areas.
- Track onboarding, active partners, and daily availability.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order fulfilment.
Compensation: Fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives/commission perks.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
