Architect Engineer — Role & Responsibilities

1. Design & Planning

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Prepare detailed design drawings and construction documents.
- Ensure designs meet client requirements, building codes, and project specifications.
- Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP, and other engineering requirements.

2. Engineering Coordination

- Review structural and MEP drawings for coordination with architectural drawings.
- Identify and resolve design clashes and technical issues.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure engineering solutions are practical and compatible with the architectural design.

3. Technical Documentation

- Prepare and review working drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Check dimensions, materials, finishes, and construction details.
- Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation.
- Review technical submissions from contractors and vendors.

4. Site Supervision & Support

- Conduct site inspections to verify work against approved drawings and specifications.
- Clarify architectural/technical issues raised by the site team.
- Review workmanship and material compliance.




- Prepare site observation reports and track corrective actions.
- Assist with resolving construction problems and design changes.

5. Quality & Compliance

- Ensure construction follows approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
- Support quality-control and inspection activities.
- Check that materials and finishes meet project requirements.
- Assist with approvals from authorities and consultants where required.

6. Project Coordination

- Attend design and construction coordination meetings.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project managers.
- Track design changes and their impact on cost, schedule, and construction.
- Support project planning and timely completion of design deliverables.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
