Job Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, pipelines, and fixtures.
- Attend to plumbing complaints, leakage, blockage, and drainage issues.
- Repair and maintain taps, toilets, washbasins, flush valves, water heaters, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Inspect water supply lines, drainage systems, water tanks, pumps, and pipelines.
- Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults efficiently.
- Carry out new plumbing installations, replacements, and modification work.
- Perform preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Maintain and use plumbing tools and equipment properly.
- Ensure proper functioning of water supply and drainage systems across the campus.
- Respond to emergency plumbing and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety while carrying out repair work.
- Maintain basic records of repairs and maintenance activities.




- Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor for required materials and repair work.
- Perform other maintenance duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of plumbing systems, fittings, pipes, valves, and fixtures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing-related problems.
- Knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment.
- Basic understanding of preventive maintenance.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in college, school, hospital, residential, or commercial building maintenance will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and institutional

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
