About the Role

Shubhrax Mobility Ltd. is looking for a confident, energetic, and good-communication Telecaller to join our team. This is a non-target-based calling role, where the primary responsibility is to communicate professionally with clients, understand their requirements, provide relevant information, and maintain regular follow-ups.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with people over the phone and can represent the company in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to company-provided leads/contacts and communicate with potential and existing clients.
- Explain the company, its business model, products/services, and relevant offerings clearly and confidently.
- Understand customer requirements, queries, and concerns and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and keep communication records updated.
- Handle client calls professionally and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal team regarding client queries, requirements, issues, or follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and client responses.
- Ensure clear, polite, and skilled communication with every client.

Candidate Requirements

- Good verbal communication skills are a must.
- Good English communication and basic Hindi communication.




- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a professional approach.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and communication tools.
- Ability to maintain proper records and follow up regularly.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling/customer-handling experience will be an added advantage.

Important: This Is NOT a Target-Based Sales Job

This position does not involve mandatory sales targets or pressure-based target achievement. The role primarily focuses on quality communication, client interaction, information sharing, follow-ups, and maintaining professional relationships.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
