We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive with strong hotel/hospitality industry experience to handle day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, and reporting.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hotel accounting, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, billing, cash handling, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities for the hotel.
- Maintain and verify sales, purchase, expense, and payment entries.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform daily bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Verify hotel revenue, POS reports, cash collections, and settlements.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Coordinate with various hotel departments regarding accounting documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
- Assist with month-end closing and audit requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting procedures.




- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.

Requirements

- Mandatory: Previous Hotel / Hospitality Industry Experience.
- CA / CMA certified or qualified candidates preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and hotel finance operations.
- Experience with Hotel PMS / POS and accounting software will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented accounts professional who can independently manage accounting activities in a fast-paced hotel workplace.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
