We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working F&B; Production Trainee to join our culinary team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in professional kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and food safety practices. Under the guidance of our experienced chefs, you will assist across various kitchen stations, learn basic food preparation, and maintain high standards of sanitation and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Food Preparation: Assist senior chefs in washing, peeling, chopping, and prepping ingredients (vegetables, meats, sauces) according to daily operational requirements.
- Station Support: Support various kitchen sections (such as Butchery, Garde Manger, Bakery, or Hot Kitchen) during prep and service hours.
- Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintain strict cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards across work areas, equipment, and utensils in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
- Stock & Inventory Handling: Help receive, unpack, and store food shipments properly, strictly following First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory practices.
- Equipment Care: Safely operate and clean basic kitchen machinery and kitchen tools.




- Learning & Development: Actively participate in culinary training sessions, follow recipes accurately, and learn daily kitchen routines.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or equivalent vocational training.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with previous internship experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Basic knife skills, foundational understanding of kitchen safety, and willingness to follow instructions carefully.
- Attributes: High level of discipline, robust work ethic, physical stamina to work on your feet, and a passion for food and learning.
