Job description – Electrician (Maintenance)

Role & responsibilities

- Maintaining UPS, DG, AC, Panel boards, Transformer, Lift, Access controller,

Fire alarm panel, CCTV.

- Lighting circuit planning and execution.
- Electrical Equipment Periodical Readings
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints.
- Electrical fault finding & solving, earthing maintenance.
- Preparation of checklist and preventive maintenance of electrical installations.
- To provide on time quick support & services to all internal stakeholders for

various requirements

- Must be familiar with construction methodologies and finishings of MEP, HVAC,

FF, PA, and Security systems in villa and hospitality projects and be able to

coordinate with project teams of different disciplines to achieve the best

result

Preferred candidate profile

· Electrical Diploma/ITI (Electrical)

· Willingness to work in Night Shift

· Good Analytical and communication skills

· 10-12 years of Experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
