What You Will Do

- Raise the AI Bar in Merchandising: Serve as the product champion for our AI Merchandising. You will own the strategy and execution of leveraging artificial intelligence to completely transform content management for our partner network.

- Architect the Catalogue Lifecycle: Evolve our core Catalogue Management and Lifecycle Capabilities. You'll ensure seamless tracking, optimization, and visibility of catalogue performance across all partners.

- Scale the Inventory Engine: Take ownership of managing and expanding our core Inventory services, ensuring seamless and highly reliable inventory capabilities applicable across all diverse partner models.

- Drive High-Visibility, Cross-Org Collaboration: Act as a critical bridge.



You will collaborate closely with our Senior PMs to power our models across our partner ecosystems. Beyond Cimpress Open, you will skillfully navigate and manage a large set of stakeholders across the broader, global Cimpress organization.

- Own and Deliver a Bold Feature Roadmap: Translate partner pain points and emerging tech opportunities into a prioritized, high-impact backlog. You will balance rapid, high-value wins with long-term architectural scalability.

- Measure What Matters: Track and analyze key performance metrics regarding catalogue health, content accuracy, and partner onboarding efficiency to relentlessly iterate on your product space.

- Learn, Build, and Scale: Work hand-in-hand with our engineering and business teams. We don't believe in copy-pasting solutions just because they worked elsewhere; we want an entrepreneurial PM eager to experiment, raise the bar, and learn from every milestone.

Required Skill Sets

- 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally within e-commerce (experience working in a large e-commerce organisation such as Amazon or Flipkart is a plus), SaaS, digital design, or marketplace platforms.

- A strong technical curiosity, with hands-on experience using Generative AI and AI/ML automation tools, and a real interest in applying them to content and merchandising workflows.

- Hands-on experience with structured product data - complex data structures, product catalogues, data mapping, Content Management Systems (CMS) at scale, or marketplace operations.

- Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills - you know how to influence, align,



and collaborate with engineering peers, senior product leaders, and diverse business teams.

- Top-tier communication skills, with the unique ability to translate complex data mapping and technical AI concepts into easy, crystal-clear product requirements.

- A thriving startup mindset: You are highly comfortable with ambiguity, proactive about taking initiative, and excited to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced, greenfield workplace.
