Senior Sales Executive – RetailJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive – Retail to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, assisting customers, maintaining store standards, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customers and provide excellent product guidance and service.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain product displays, stock availability, and store cleanliness.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Follow up with customers to generate repeat sales.
- Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to achieve store objectives.




- Guide and support junior sales staff when required.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valuable sales and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems will be an advantage.

Education

- Minimum Plus Two / Higher Secondary qualification.
- Graduation is an added advantage.
