Dream Hunters Holidays is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager – Sales & Operations to oversee the sales and operational activities of our Kochi office. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in international holiday packages, particularly Asian destinations, along with proven leadership experience in managing a travel sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall sales and operations of the Kochi branch.
- Lead and supervise a team of travel consultants to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, package customization, quotations, and bookings.
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other travel partners.
- Ensure smooth execution of holiday packages and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance and provide training and support.
- Resolve customer and operational issues efficiently.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of Asia tour packages and international holiday planning.
- Experience managing a team of at least 5–6 employees.
- Excellent client-handling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with DMCs and travel suppliers.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage branch operations effectively.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
