- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, presentation standards, and quality guidelines, ensuring consistency and taste
- Ingredient preparation and portion control, including chopping, measuring, and organizing ingredients for productive service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and food preparation areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, including line cooks, sous chefs, and head chefs, to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Monitor inventory and stock levels, reordering supplies as needed and minimizing food waste.
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development, contributing creative ideas for daily or seasonal specials
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,119.31 per month
