About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Implementation & Accounting Specialist with a CA Inter / CMA / equivalent accounting background to support the implementation of our accounting software for clients. The role combines accounting expertise, client implementation, product training, and coordination with internal teams.

The ideal candidate should understand Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliations, accounting processes, and financial data, along with the ability to understand and implement software solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client accounting processes, particularly Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliation, and confirmation processes.
- Work with clients to understand their requirements and configure the software accordingly.
- Execute end-to-end software implementation as per the agreed implementation plan and timelines.
- Analyse client financial/accounting data and assist with data preparation, validation, and migration.
- Conduct virtual/in-person training sessions and guide clients on effective use of the software.
- Resolve client queries related to accounting processes, software functionality, and implementation.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy during implementation.
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, QA, and Customer Support teams to address implementation-related issues.
- Identify process gaps and provide relevant feedback to the Product team for product improvements.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, user guides, training materials,



and implementation documentation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and ensure smooth transition from implementation to regular usage.
- Support webinars, product demonstrations, and client sessions when required.
- Maintain implementation trackers and provide regular updates on project progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- CA Inter / CMA / B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts, AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, implementation, audit, or client-facing roles.
- Basic understanding of ERP/accounting software and financial systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand technical/software concepts and explain them in simple business terms.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data.
- Willingness to travel to client locations when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,648.52 per month
