- Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions and hospital policies.
- Verify prescriptions, dosage, drug interactions, allergies, and medication instructions.
- Provide patients with proper guidance on medicine usage, dosage, and precautions.
- Maintain pharmacy stock, expiry records, storage conditions, and inventory registers.
- Maintain accurate records of medicines issued, received, and controlled drugs.
- Follow infection control, medication safety, and biomedical waste management procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff regarding medication-related issues.
- Report medication errors, adverse drug reactions, and safety concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy laws, hospital policies, and NABH requirements.
- Maintain professional confidentiality and patient safety at all times.

Pay: ₹15,219.16 - ₹30,558.24 per month
